How It Works

  • Accept the proposal, sign the contract & provide an initial payment. Payment plans are available.
  • You’re booked!

The Details of What’s Included Per Service

  • Venue Rental: ceremony’s main room rental, chairs, signing table
  • Pre-Decorated Venue: a pre-decorated floral backdrop + aisle markers
  • Music music operated by one of our team members from the start to the end of your event.
  • Faux Floral Bouquet Rental: choice of standard faux bouquet rental
  • The Standard Timeline Sample:
    • 15 minutes prior: guest arrival
    • 10-20 minutes: ceremony time
    • Rest of the time: greetings, guests and couple take photos

Additional Charges

  • Event Insurance, Marriage Licence, SOP: Depending on the type of event you’re hosting, some of these documents may be required and these are the client’s responsibility. We can guide you through how to obtain such documents. Event insurance is required for all events.
  • There are extra charges for trials. E.g. food tasting, make up/hair trials, decor samples
  • Additional consultation or modification: after a free initial consultation, all additional consultations are charged at XX per hour (rates change from time to time, ask for our current rates).
  • 13% HST is additional.
  • 3% processing fee for credit card payments (please inquire via email)
  • For anything outside the packages that require our services, extra charges will apply.

Important Things You Need to Know

  • All packages are customizable and can be offered off-site.
  • The 50% retainer is non-refundable once a contract is signed. If you cancel your contract 30 days prior to your event, all payments collected will not be refunded.
  • A 50% initial payment is required. All remaining balances must be paid 30 days before your event.
  • Force Majeure. In case this contract is cancelled due to acts of God, fire, flood, war, pandemic, epidemic, natural disasters, weather, terrorism, crime, revolution, riots, labour disputes, accidents, civil disorder, government acts or regulations, or any extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of one or both parties. A simple reschedule will be issued. No refunds or exchanges. This clause applies to last-minute changes due to such unexpected occurrences. Any major changes or changes that will take more than just rescheduling will be subject to additional fees and such fees will be determined at the time of change request.
