Duties and Responsibilities 

Joining our Event Staff team means you’ll be at the heart of the action, responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by efficiently handling appointments, emails, and calls and assisting walk-in clients with inquiries.
  • Collaborating with our event planning team to coordinate, design, and produce events for clients, including micro weddings, social gatherings, and corporate functions.
  • Performing various event-related tasks such as site visits, setup, cleanup, and tear-down, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
  • Assisting in general office maintenance and cleaning to uphold professionalism and efficiency.
  • Supporting food preparation and presentation during events, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing orders and bookings accurately and on time while maintaining inventory and ensuring proper storage of decor items, tools, and equipment.
  • Undertaking other event-related assignments such as crafting, floral design, balloon decorating, and more as needed.

  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is an asset

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
  • Access to a laptop, smartphone, and high-speed internet for work-related tasks
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions to resolve issues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Safety shoes are required for on-site support tasks
