Payment plans can be accommodated.

  • You can select & de-select the add-ons & the total will update automatically
  • Extra fees apply for children from 2 to 10 years old & vendors at a reduced rate. We do not charge the extra guest fee for infants under 2 years old as long as they are not having any meals.
  • 11 years old and older are considered and counted as adult guests.
  • They’re required to submit a clear and valid copy of their insurance to Bellamy Loft. Alternatively, you may also add them as additionally insured to the event insurance you are getting for the event via DUUO.
  • Any load-in, delivery, setup, teardown, and pick-up must be within your booked venue access hours.
  • Any items that you bring into the venue must be removed and picked up within your booked access hours (we don’t allow overnight storage of the items you’re bringing in as we have events the following day)
  • Vendors must provide their staff to serve the food, with the necessary equipment, and are responsible for cleaning their areas.
ADDITONAL NOTES:
  1. The Bar Service on the base package only includes the following:
    • 6-Hour Bartender (5-hour service only as we close the bar 1-hour before your check-out time)
    • Coca-cola, 7up, Ginger ale, Iced tea, Simple Syrup, Grenadine, Bar Lemon, Bar Lime, Water & Ice
    • Bar Rentals: Clear Disposable Cups, Cocktail Shaker & Beer/Wine Opener
      • The clients bring the alcohol, additional garnishes & ingredients for custom cocktails.
    • You may review a sample bar menu HERE. Your menu will depend on what type of alcoholic drinks you’d like to serve.
  2. The inclusive wedding base package (using the standard wedding menu) includes Hors D’oeuvres: up to 3 selections; Salad: 1 selection of non-vegan and 1 for both vegan/vegetarian; Entree: up 1 selection; Main: 1 protein and 1 for both vegan/vegetarian; Dessert: 1 selection of non-vegan and 1 for both vegan/vegetarian. This may be subject to increase (depending on the final count upon your acceptance of the quote).
    • If you want more than 1 selection: it’s $10 per person per course (e.g. 2 vegan & 1 protein).
    • All menu items with a green leaf icon are our vegan/vegetarian option. The menu is subject to change depending on availability.
    • Your wedding planning sheet will contain a dedicated catering tab.
  3. ALCOHOL POLICY:
    • Obtain a Special Occasions Permit (alcohol permit) 30 days before your event. This is required.
      • The full copy of the permit must be submitted at least 15 days via email to the venue before your event.
    • Hire Security Personnel from us. – Security personnel are required to be booked through the venue at all times when alcohol is involved.
      • You can bring your own alcohol as long as you have the required documents and have booked our smart-serve bartenders and security.
  4. Event Insurance: We recommend DUUO. We provide step-by-step instructions to obtain the correct event insurance after you’re booked. This is to be paid by the client (separate from Bellamy Loft fees).
  5. External Styling or Decor: You may bring in your own pre-arranged decor (no charge). However, we cannot remove the default arch from the venue.
    • To ensure you have enough time before and after the event to setup and teardown, you can book the add-on: extended space rental hour at $250+ HST per hour (must be pre-booked as it is subject to availability).
      • Prohibited Items: Use of staples, tacks, nails, screws, difficult cleanup items such as helium balloons without ribbons (hard-to-reach balloons) or other inflatables, hay bales, confetti, glitter, flower petals, stickers and any kind of items that will create heat, smoke or mist such as open flame candles, sparkles, vinyl’s, fireworks, fog machines, pyrotechnics are prohibited. Due to the safety of guests, “bubbles” are only permitted outside the building.
