Our All-inclusive Social Packages are designed to take the hassle out of planning your event so you can just enjoy the party. Ditch the overwhelm and the stress of the “what and how”. From sourcing vendors to event set up & cleanup, we’ve got your back! Select a package, and get the party started. These packages are applicable to any private parties such as birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, 18th debut birthdays, Gender Reveals, Holiday parties, Vow renewals and more.

How It Works
- Select a package and fill out the provided form.
- We’ll get back to you with availability and an official quote.
- Accept the proposal, sign the contract & provide an initial payment. Payment plans are available.
- You’re booked!
The Details of What’s Included Per Service
- Room Rental: party room rental, tables, tablecloths and chairs
- Catering: outsourced catering from one of our catering partners. Extra fees may apply if you choose to bring your own caterer.
- Bartending Services bartending services, beverages, barware rentals. Alcohols are purchased on behalf of client. SOP permit required. A guideline will be provided.
- Decor: standard backdrop & centerpieces. This can be customized.
- Service charges are already included in all packages.
Additional Charges
- Prime Dates, Saturday & Friday Night: Additional fees may apply on on-season and prime dates.
- Event Insurance, Alcohol Permit (SOP), Socan/Re:Sound: We are not able to include these in the packages since the prices always vary. We can however guide you through on how to get these done. Pricing ranges between $100-$200ish depending on your needs (e.g. you won’t need an alcohol permit if you are not having alcohol).
- Additional consultation or modification: We provide a 30-min pre-booking initial consultation, all additional consultations are charged at $55 per hour.
- Trials. We may charge extra for trials e.g. food tasting, make up/hair trials, decor samples
- 13% HST is additional.
- $500 security deposit, refundable if no damages after the event

Important Things You Need to Know
- All packages are customizable. However, extra charges may apply.
- Removables. You can remove the catering or bar package from any of the packages if desired. We understand that not everyone requires them so the pricing will be lesser than the stated prices above. However, some charges may apply such as rental, staffing and other service fees, and we may require a minimum depending on the date and time of your event.
- Anything outside the packages that requires our services, extra charges will apply.
- Vendor Partners. We are partnered with multiple vendors to be able to meet varying needs and preferences. All vendors we work with are professionals and insured.
- Payment plans are available; Plans vary between 20-50% monthly and all remaining balances must be paid 30 days before your event.
