The Details of What’s Included Per Service
- Reception Room Rental: party room, tables, tablecloths and chairs
- Ceremony: officiant, chairs, ceremony backdrop decor, ceremony aisle marker decor, non-alcoholic bar & snack station, music
- Buffet Style Catering: appetizers, entrees, desserts, coffee & tea, condiments, serverware, dinnerware, paper napkins & glassware
- Standard Open Bar: beverages (red & white wine, domestic beer, pop & juice, speed rail (rye, vodka, rum, scotch & gin), barware rentals, bar menu sign
- DJ, MC & AV: included from the start to the end of your event; microphone, speakers, standard lighting & podium
- Decor: choice of head table backdrop & faux arrangement, faux floral centerpieces with votive candles and table number, receiving line card box, seating chart, and decor
- Flowers: choice of your standard & seasonal fresh flowers
- Photography: one day-of photographer on-site from 1 hour prior to the start of the event up to reception formalities are over (toasts, dances, cake cutting).
- Videography: one day-of videographer on-site from 1 hour prior to the start of your event up to reception formalities are over (toasts, dances, cake cutting).
- Stationery: invitation, RSVP, and order of events (wedding program) sign. Up 2 two mini changes are allowed or an extra $50 per change.
- Coordination: on-site venue coordinator, emergency kit, vendors & staff management, insurances & permits coordination, wedding planning system that includes checklists, timelines, wedding program, floor plans, guest lists, notes, vendors, contact lists, guides, referral list, and resources. Coordination of transportation between your house/hotel and Bellamy Loft on the day of your wedding. All transportation costs will be charged to you. We will only coordinate with vendors and items that are included in your selected package.
- Staffing: wait staff are included for all packages. Security personnel is required for packages with alcohol. Parking and coat check attendants are included for packages with over 100 guests.
- Start & end time:
- Night time reception starts at 6 PM. The end time for the Petite package is 10 PM. The other two packages end at 12 AM.
- Day time reception starts at 10 AM. Petite package reception is from 10 AM to 3 PM. Couple’s Choice & Perfect Package is from 9:30 AM-3:30 PM.
- Ceremonies start an hour earlier prior to the reception’s start time. Wedding ceremonies lasts up to 15-30 minutes.
- Service charges are already included in all packages. Vendor meals are included.
Additional Charges
- Prime Dates, Saturday & Friday Night: Additional charges may apply.
- During peak season & long weekends: An additional $350 may apply from 2021 events. No additional fees for 2020 events.
- Event Insurance, Alcohol Permit (SOP), Marriage Licence, Socan/Re:Sound: We are not able to include these in the packages as the prices vary. We can however guide you through on how to get these done. Pricing ranges between $200-$400ish depending on your needs (e.g. you won’t need an alcohol permit if you are not having alcohol).
- There might be extra charges for trials. E.g. food tasting, make up/hair trials, decor samples
- Additional consultation or modification: after a 45-min free initial consultation, all additional consultations are charged at $95 per hour.
- 13% HST is additional.
- $500 security deposit, refundable if no damages after the event
- 4% processing fee for credit card payments
- Anything outside the packages that requires our services, extra charges will apply.

Important Things You Need to Know
- Removables. You may be able to remove the catering or bar package from any of the packages if desired. We understand that not everyone requires them so the pricing will be lesser than the stated prices above. However, some fees may apply such as rental and staffing charges, and we may require a minimum depending on the date and time of your event.
- Vendor Partners. We are partnered with multiple vendors to be able to meet varying needs and preferences. All vendors we work with are professionals and insured.
- The 50% retainer is non-refundable once a contract is signed. If you cancel your contract 60 days prior to your event, all payments collected will NOT be refunded.
- Payment plans are available; Plans vary between 20-50% monthly and all remaining balances must be paid 30 days before your event.
- Bellamy Loft will follow the Government’s protocol in regards to COVID-19. If one of the services cannot be implemented due to the Government’s restriction, you have an option to postpone the date or request a store credit from all participating vendors.
- A credit will be issued in case the contract is canceled due to acts of God, fire, flood, war, epidemic, natural disasters, weather, terrorism, crime, revolution, riots, labour disputes, accidents, civil disorder, government acts or regulations, or any extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of one or both parties.
