Responsibilities
Your level of responsibilities may vary by the number of hours you dedicate to working with us and various factors. Below, we’ve outlined the expected duties, which may apply to both Bellamy Loft, its sub-brands and sister companies:
- Assist in event planning, design, and production for our clients and affiliated companies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement promotional strategies, materials, and engaging content across various platforms.
- Assist in event-related tasks such as site visits, coordination, setup, cleanup, and tear-down.
- Provide exceptional customer assistance, including walk-ins, appointments, and showroom upkeep.
- Prepare and pack client orders, as well as unpack and clean rental items to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage in creative activities such as crafting, floral design, balloons, decorating and painting.
- Handle administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, inquiries, research, paperworks, and data entry.
- Contribute to general office maintenance, cleanliness, and website upkeep to maintain professionalism.
- Inventory management by maintaining accurate records, tracking stock levels, and organizing inventory spaces.
- Contribute insights from market research to the development of marketing plans.
- Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, other channels and interact with our audience to enhance brand visibility.
- All other event and marketing related tasks to support the company and its sub-brands growth.
Qualifications
- Driven and self-motivated individual with a passion for their career path.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow instructions and multitask effectively.
- Organized and efficient, with strong time management skills.
- Access to a laptop, smartphone, high-speed internet and safety shoes is required.
Details
- Internships are a minimum of 3-4 months long.
- Interns must be available for a minimum of 16 hours per week onsite, including event weeks and weekends (and potentially past midnight during events).
- Interns may be tasked with assignments for our sub-brands under Bellamy Loft as necessary.
- College credit is available, and applicants are encouraged to consult with their academic advisors for credit requirements.
