Responsibilities

Your level of responsibility may vary depending on the hours you commit to working with us. Here’s an overview of the anticipated responsibilities. We may be able to prioritize assignments that closely align with your academic pursuits and/or with our agreement:

  • Executing daily marketing and sales tasks to support growth strategies including sister companies and sub-brands.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to generate leads and manage relationships.
  • Enhancing online presence through various channels such as website content, ads, SEO, SEM, social media, forums, and email marketing.
  • Crafting engaging copy for lead generation materials, ad copies, email campaigns, website content, and social media posts.
  • Creating captivating multimedia content like videos, photography, and graphics for social media, websites, and newsletters.
  • Develop and oversee sub-brands and partnerships to implement growth strategies collaboratively.
  • Assist in event planning to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including including staging, installation, and teardown.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Creating visually appealing and conversion-optimized landing pages.
  • Assisting in website development and design projects.
  • Ensure all promotional tasks, as assigned, have been completed.
  • Build partnerships and strategic alliances with other organizations for joint marketing efforts.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, or direct mail to potential prospects.
  • Continuously optimizing growth strategies and marketing channels.
  • Participating in streamlining business processes and systems to facilitate company growth.
  • Fulfilling miscellaneous marketing and growth-related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with a strong academic record.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at articulating ideas persuasively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines with precision.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, eager to explore innovative solutions and contribute fresh perspectives.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suites, Google Analytics and Google Adwords is an asset
  • Access to laptop, smartphone and high-speed internet.
