Bellamy Loft Terms & Conditions

All bookings and orders at Bellamy Loft constitute an agreement between you and Bellamy Venue, doing business as ‘Bellamy Loft’. The following terms and conditions form part of such an agreement. Do not book Bellamy Loft if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. Bellamy Venue is O/A Bellamy Loft.


  • Payments. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via e-transfer or credit card. An extra 4% fee applies for credit card payments.
  • Photoshoot bookings are processed via our online booking system only. Additional fees may be charged if bookings are done manually.
  • All bookings are valid only for the studio or set specified during the duration of your session. Your bookings is based on the items included in your order. Any excess time, # of persons or add-ons will result in extra charges.
  • Different Pricing for Events & Video Shoots. Your booking is based on our photoshoot rates. Different pricing and policy apply for events and video shoots. Please inquire at
  • Check-in & Check-out. You are responsible for arriving on time. Your booking starts once you check in the studio, and your check-out is the time you leave the space, fully cleared and vacated. Should you need extra time for setup and cleanup, please book additional time accordingly.
  • Booking Extension. You may extend the rental period for an additional charge of $50 per hour if Bellamy Loft, subject to approval. Additional time is rented at 1-hour increments.
  • Minors. Clients under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a legal guardian unless given prior permission by Bellamy Loft. If you are bringing children, you understand that it is your responsibility to take care of the children; Bellamy Loft will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo shooting or consultation session.
  • Appearance. Bellamy Loft’s appearance is subject to change without any notice since we are regularly adding new features & removing outdated decor.
  • Respectful Communication. All correspondence needs to be kept respectful or the booking may be terminated without refunds.
  • Media Usage. Bellamy Loft reserves the right to use any photos and videos taken from the shoots on the website, social media channels, marketing materials of Bellamy Loft and its sister companies.
  • Standard Pricing. The current charges are based on Bellamy Loft’s standard price list. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
  • No Slander. You agree not to in any way slander or injure Bellamy Loft’s reputation or goodwill of Bellamy Loft at any time.


  • Bellamy Loft does not offer refunds.
  • For cancellations or reschedules made 6 days before the shoot, a 20% rescheduling fee of the original booking value will be charged.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 5 days before your shoot, the full value of your booking will be charged.
  • You can contact us via email or through the provided phone number to cancel or reschedule your booking.


  • Indoor shoes. A separate pair of indoor shoes or slippers must be used inside the studio. Outdoor shoes are not allowed.
  • Booked Areas. You are only allowed to use the booked area(s) or set. No other section of the venue may be accessed without written approval from Bellamy Loft. Our studio is not soundproof. Music and other noises must be kept at a reasonable volume.
  • Before Your End Time. We will check in with you 15 minutes before your booking ends to ensure that everything is back in its proper place. All garbage must be disposed of properly in the waste bins.
  • Safety & Security
    • Keep the studio door closed, at all times.
    • Security cameras in the venue cannot be blocked. Doing so will result in the termination of your rental without refunds.
    • Bellamy Loft staff has the right to check the rented area if we see or hear suspected violations of studio rules or safety standards.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our premises. This includes any type of smoking such as cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, or recreational drugs.
    • We reserve the right to ask any guest of your party that is intoxicated or under the influence to leave our venue.
  • Cleaning. The studio or venue must be cleaned up after your booking time. Waste bins are provided for proper waste disposal. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if the premises are left untidy.
  • Moving Props & Furniture. Should props or furniture need to be moved, do so with clean hands and by lifting and not dragging so as not to damage the flooring or the furniture.
  • Items that are not allowed to be moved: large decors such as large arches, large trees, drapes, and any bulky items.
  • Prohibited Items:
    • Use of smoke bombs, body shimmers, staples, tacks, nails, screws, body oils, baby oils, difficult cleanup items such as helium balloons without ties or other inflatables that are hard to reach, hay bales, confetti, glitter, flower petals, stickers, and any kind of items that will create heat, smoke or mist such as open flame candles, sparkles, vinyl’s, fireworks, fog machines, pyrotechnics. are strictly prohibited. Due to the safety of guests, “bubbles” are only permitted outside the building.
    • Open flame candles are NOT allowed. All candles must be inside a glass. Other than being a fire hazard, wax droppings can damage the floor and other surfaces.
    • Cake smash activities are allowed given that proper covering will be placed on the flooring and furniture to avoid damage and slipping accidents.
  • Damaged Items. Damaged equipment, flooring, furniture, or props will be charged to you for replacement or repair.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

  • You and your social circle will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before you are allowed to enter Bellamy Loft.
  • Everyone must stay at least 6 feet apart from all the vendors and staff at all times.
  • Anyone presenting with COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, and sore throat will not be allowed inside the premises. We will reschedule your booking.
  • Screening procedures will be done before entering the studio.
  • Everyone in the studio is expected and required to follow the most current COVID-19 safety protocols.
  • Every after client, Bellamy Loft will clean and disinfect all high touch surfaces and washrooms.
  • Bellamy Loft will place hand sanitizers all around the studio.
  • Bellamy Loft will limit the number of people coming into the facility. Bellamy Loft will follow the maximum number of people allowed per facility by law.
  • Bellamy Loft will follow the Government’s protocol in regards to COVID-19. If one of the services cannot be implemented due to the Government’s restriction, a store credit will be issued.

Photo Session (Only Applies if You Book Our In-house Photographer)

  • The photo session will be either in the Bellamy Loft’s main room or at the Octavia room (another warehouse unit within the same plaza).
  • When you hire our in-house photographer, no other photographer, amateur or professional is allowed to take pictures at the studio.
  • You accept that all photos taken will be edited based on the photographer’s artistic discretion and experience. If there’s any special request, a shot list may be given to the photographer before the session.
  • All deliverable images will include standard edits such as light skin retouching and, brightness and color adjustments. Any additional editing requests will be charged additional per image depending on the type of adjustments desired by you.
  • The photographer is not responsible to edit the makeup, hair, or skin in the images.
  • A written agreement with the photographer is needed for certain edits such as covering certain parts of the body.
  • Client files will be stored for 30 days after releasing the photographs. All files and backups will be deleted after this time frame. Bellamy Loft is not liable for any claims after this period.
  • Photographic Materials and Copyright. All photographic materials such as raw files, original negatives, edited photos, or slides are the exclusive property of the photographer. The photographer owns the copyright of all images and holds the right to use these for portfolios, contests, advertising, exhibits, and self-promotion. Usage beyond the bounds of this agreement will require the consent of the client.


  • You, as a renter, shall responsible for minors and children on the premises.
  • You, as a renter, shall assume 100% responsibility for all of your own conduct and actions inside of and in relation to Bellamy Loft.
  • Bellamy Loft is not accountable for any untoward incidents that may happen to you or your guest on our premises. All renters must have his/her liability insurance.
  • Bellamy Loft is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items stored or left at the studio.
  • By booking with us, you waive Inc. and Bellamy Loft from any liability from your booking.


  • Costs & Attorney Fees. A bill will be provided for any new charges due after the total cost listed in this agreement and must be paid within 7 business days. Failure to pay due charges may result in legal action against you. You will be responsible for any collection costs including collecting agency fees, attorney fees, court costs, and any other costs incurred in collecting any charges due to Bellamy Loft.
  • You acknowledge and certify that you have had a sufficient opportunity to read the entire terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Country of Canada in the Province of Ontario and any applicable Federal law.
