Events + Food & Beverage Intern
Location: Toronto | Mostly Onsite
Schedule Structure: Depending on event bookings, includes evenings + weekends
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented intern to support our event team with coordination, setup, and food & beverage operations. If you’re organized, proactive, and excited to be part of live events, this role offers real industry experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup
- Support event-day food & beverage operations (setup, service, cleanup)
- Assist with vendor coordination and order tracking
- Help with inventory checks and restocking
- Monitor quality control and guest satisfaction
- Provide admin support (menu planning, tastings, prep logistics)
- Review budgets, invoices, and F&B reports (as needed)
- Coordinate with chefs, bar staff, and event leads
- Assist with post-event teardown and packing
- Run last-minute errands or tasks on-site when required
You’re a Good Fit If You
- Are studying hospitality, events, or culinary arts
- Work well under pressure and stay organized
- Don’t mind being on your feet and jumping in where needed
- Are respectful and professional around clients and team
- Have some weekday and weekend availability
Nice to Have (Optional)

- Food Handler Certificate
- Event or service industry experience
- Driver’s license (bonus for quick errands)
