Once You Submit Your Quote Request:
1. You should receive a quote within 24-72 hours. If not, please kindly send us an email at hello@bellamyloft.com to follow up (sometimes emails go to our spam folders).
2. ONCE YOU ACCEPT THE QUOTE: We will check the availability of all vendors involved. If everything is good to go, we will send you a digital contract and an invoice.
3. TO BOOK: We require a digitally signed contract, 50% initial payment or 100% payment if your wedding is in less than 30 days and a copy of your valid ID & credit card on file (for security purposes only).
4. ONCE YOU’RE BOOKED: We’ll connect you with the officiant and schedule a virtual meeting. A wedding planning sheet will be sent and a reminder of to-do and requirements to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly (e.g. marriage licence, insurance, COVID-19 screening forms)
