The Not-So-Hidden Fees

13% HST is additional. Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.
Extra fees and/or minimum spend may be applicable during the high seasons.
All attending adults, children, babies, third-party vendors & couples are included in the capacity count.
Trials, modifications, or enhancements to packages are subject to additional fees.
All packages include up to 2 meetings for questions & consultations. Additional appointments are subject to extra fees.
Client is responsible for event insurance, SOCAN & Re: Sound fees (music) and if there is any alcohol involved, SOP (special occasions permit) is required. A guideline will be provided once you book with us.
Post-cleaning is not included in the standard package. However, you have the option to add our cleaning service for an additional fee.

Important Notes

Rental Period: Your check-in is the time you come (not the time your event starts); Your check-out is the time you leave and the space must be fully cleared by then. Should you need extra time, additional time may be booked, coordinated in advance prior to the event, and is subject to availability.
Outside Vendors: Client may bring in their preferred vendors that are not high-risks and are subject to approval. All outside vendors must be insured & must submit a clear and valid copy of their insurances to Bellamy Loft. Client agrees to collect copies of insurances of booked vendors. Vendors must provide their own staff, necessary equipment, and are responsible for cleaning their own area.
No Kitchen Access: No kitchen access at this time. No cooking allowed. Your caterer will be responsible for providing other supplies & cleaning up. Should you require access to the kitchen, please let us know and we’ll see if we can accommodate.
Alcohol Policy: We generally require SOP (alcohol permit) & security personnel if alcohol is involved. Only Smart Serve certified bartenders will be permitted behind the bar.
Prohibited Items: Use of staples, duct tape, tacks, nails, screws, difficult cleanup items such as helium balloons without ties or other inflatables that are hard to reach, hay bales, confetti, glitter, flower petals, stickers, and any kind of items that will create heat, smoke or mist such as open flame candles, sparkles, vinyl’s, fireworks, fog machines, pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited.
Accessibility: We are currently working on making Bellamy Loft fully accessible. However, at this time, only partial areas are accessible for wheelchair users. Please see the floor plan on the next pages.
